This policy explains what Renova collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It describes the site as it actually works — not a generic template.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a quote form:

• Your first name
• Your phone number — the only contact detail we require
• Your city or area
• What you’re looking to do, in your own words
• Your email address, only if you choose to give it — it is optional, and we use it solely to send your confirmation
• The service you selected, on the contact page

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, bank details, social security numbers, or copies of identity documents through this website.

How we use it

To contact you about the project you asked us to quote. That is the whole purpose. When you submit a form:

• The details are emailed to us so we can call you back
• If you gave an email address, a confirmation is emailed to you

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with other contractors or lead-generation companies.

Who processes it

Three services are involved in running this site:

• Netlify hosts the website and runs the code that handles your submission. Like any web host, it records standard server information such as IP addresses.
• Resend delivers the two emails described above.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface. Your browser requests the font file directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.

If you later apply for financing, that application is made to a separate finance provider under their own privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive or store your credit information.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

It uses one item of browser storage: when you dismiss the financing message, a small flag is saved in your own browser so it does not reappear. That flag stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

Quote requests live in our email. We keep enquiries that do not become projects for about two years, and records relating to work we carried out for as long as we are required to for tax, warranty and insurance purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email renovafl.business@gmail.com or call (407) 401-0089 and we will do it.

If you asked for a quote and no longer want to be contacted, tell us and we will stop.

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
